Registration must be paid for by check and payment should be made payable to NCDA. Should you need to cancel, please mail, fax (202-887-5546) or e-mail (ncda@ncdaonline.org) your cancellation to NCDA by Monday, January 4, 2010. A cancellation fee of $100 will be charged after this date.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
NCDA has secured a block of rooms at Washington Court Hotel, 525 New Jersey Avenue, NW, Washington, DC, (202) 628-2100 or (800) 321-3010, where the conference will be held. The hotel will hold this block exclusively for conference registrants through December 21, 2009. Reservations received after this date will be based on room availability at the best available rate offered by the Hotel. Please book early!
