Registration must be paid for by check and payment should be made payable to NCDA. Should you need to cancel, please mail, fax (202-887-5546) or e-mail (ncda@ncdaonline.org) your cancellation to NCDA by Monday, January 4, 2010. A cancellation fee of $100 will be charged after this date.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

The hotel will hold this block exclusively for conference registrants through December 21, 2009.
